Comments:
Very nice test of new antennas at a new QTH. Conditions were really good at
sunset - hearing lots of East Coast stations an hour before. Managed 15
Europeans but only a handful of JAs. Nice to get grid squares from ZL7X and
VK9XG - thanks very much. No VK6s. :-(
TX Antenna - 97 foot tower loaded as vertical - 11 radials
RX Antenna - Hi-Z 4 square and East Beverage (diversity)
Rig - K3 with dual receiver + Alpha 77
Nice to be able to tell if a signal was DX or not depending on what ear they
were in.
