Our Internet had been having very bad latency and jitter after 2.5 years of
solid service. It was not in Whitehorse or my end. It was in the middle of
the network.
However, asked some ham friends who had connections in the NOC community, and
-BOOM-
it was fixed just before CWT!!!
A lot of fun for 15 minutes.
