Comments:
Very part time operation this time.
Conditions seemed to be good at the bottom of the sunspot cycle.
The flux was only 69 and Geomagnetic conditions were quiet.
I only heard a bit of flutter on JW5E. Other stations on polar paths
had no flutter.
