Comments:

This was a personal best score for me in SS CW. I was trying for 900 Q's and
fell a bit short. I think it's possible but getting harder every year ! The
operator is starting to show some age. I started off by concentrating on the low
bands this year to keep my rate up on Saturday evening. Mostly S&P Saturday
night. I probably need to put in more time on 20 meters on Sunday to put a few
more available Q's in the log. Band conditions were pretty good overall. I
felt stronger on 20 meters this year. I briefly heard KP2X on 40 meters Sunday
evening but could not put him in my log for the sweep. I managed to put the
elusive EWA in my log late Sunday afternoon. I did not operate true SO2R this
time however it was super easy to band hop with the Flex which I did a lot of
during the contest to grab available Q's and mults. No major issues with
operator, antennas, radio or computer during the contest.

Flex 6600M @ 100W with simple wires antennas.

Thanks,
Joe
