Comments:

Except for a short JA run om 20, it was mostly all S&P looking for new
countries and testing new antennas in this one. Especially on the low bands
where condx were superb. Just like progressive legislation, the bottom of the
cycle redistributes the wealth from the high bands to the low bands. As others
have reported, the polar EU openings were awesome on all 3 low bands. A rare
event here out west.

20 behaved as expected but closed an hour after sunset. 15 did produce decent
afternoon openings across the US, down to SA and out to Oceania and even KL7
and TF land both days. I never remember 15 opening up at the bottom of cycles
back in the 60's and 70's. Better receivers and bigger antennas have probably
helped "create openings" nowadays.
