Comments:
A slow S&P weekend on 10M. With the exception of 4M1K who was pounding in
when the band was closed, most stations were only heard for short durations.
Heard and worked PJ4A, but signal was only there for 5 minutes in GA. Most of
Caribbean was not heard in GA
