Comments:
I'm still in Reunion Island (FR7 land)operating my station remotely using my
Surface Pro tablet tethered to my cell phone for internet access. I'm starting
to get used to the long delays and garbled call signs due to lost packets.
I actually tried to run for a few minutes on 20m. That was a challenge. Sorry if
I missed your call. We're heading home next Wednesday, so I won't be on for the
CWTs. Cheers from sunny Reunion.
PS: We're off to visit lava tunnels in the morning. 2 1/2 hours wandering
through lava tubes in the dark, from the 2005 eruption. Should be fun.
