Comments:

Time to start a new Ladder!
I found neighbor SS on 15m and we ran the bands to start.
Then I started looking for others, and got the bad news -
worst conditions I've heard in years. Nothing on 20m.
Only a half-dozen signals on 40m and getting heard was
difficult. 80m had a dozen signals, but so weak I couldn't
be heard. I tried and tried, which convinced me I had solved
my keying problems, now I just need propagation.
See you next time.
