Last CW Sprint was in 2008. Not sure why because this is a fun contest with good
participation.
First big mistake was not using the second radio. Realized it once contest
started, but it would have required down time to reconnect in a SO2R
configuration. Optimism and desire vetoed that idea.
Second big mistake was leaving 20m too early. There was more to work, but once
the loud guys were logged, FOMO (fear of missing out) set in and I QSYed to 40m
and never looked back.
Lost ground with the QSY to 80m. Lots of huge signals and the band sounded good,
but missed an annoying number of jump balls to guys down south and back east.
