Comments:

I knew I was in for a rough night when I tuned to WWV at 10 MHz and found
nothing audible, then listened on their 5 MHz channel and heard that A=26, K=3,
so I figured it would be another low band slog, and I was not disappointed.
Best signal on 40 was TI7/KE0EE, and the Midwest lads were booming (W8WTS, KW8N,
W1NN, NA8V) on 80. Strong signals heard on 160 from many, and was hoping to
catch Jay, W1UJ on that band, but no joy. Best ears tonight were those of Jim,
K8MR on 80. Worst part of the last ladder session was not being heard by either
KZ5D or N3BB, hence I couldn't deliver that rare NH mult to help decide the
winner of this game.

Thanks for the Qs, good luck to all in ARRL DX SSB this weekend (I may venture
timidly into the fray for a few hours - SSB not my strong suit as QRP).

73,
MikeNH
