Comments:
Being that my WQ6X callsign was in use by the usual gang of operators
(@NX6T) in Fallbrook, I reciprocated by running as NX6T at W7AYT's QTH
in Concord, Ca.
The FT-1000mp ran superbly throughout, altho a serial port problem on Friday
disrupted the CAT connection between N1MM+ and the radio. On Saturday, some
cable futzing shifted the com ports about resuming the RigExpert's CAT
relationship with the FT-1000mp.
Fixing a bad feeder line on the WQ6X Lazy 8JK Sloper brought it back to
life, but for this contest, receive only - all QSOs were made with the
Comet CH-250 vertical.
