Comments:
Missed ME and DE for sweep. I rate conditions as "fair". 20 seemed
very quiet with signals being what I call absorbed; few and not very loud. This
produced about 200 fewer Q's than last year, so at times it felt like a real
slog, especially in the first 8 hours. But like last year, 40 and 80 played well
at my QTH and focused on them both toward the final few hours. Worked a few
close, and strong in-state stations, one being the radio club from my home QTH
of Oro Valley (but not a member of) on 20 meters. Worked a few others in state,
some with the AOCC on 20 as well which is always interesting and a testament to
the conditions on 20.
