Comments:
Thanks to K5TR for the use of his excellent station. The EU stations were
beating down the door Friday night thanks to his 40M beam. I was getting calls
from a few JAs two hours before their sunset, but decided to nap for a couple
hours. Saturday night was a different story, however, when the noise level on
40 came way up and I felt like an alligator. So I went back to 20 and found a
batch of UAs and JAs to work.
15M was fair on Saturday. On Sunday, it seemed up and down but was the money
band for several hours. 10M was good from Texas, too, on Sunday midday, but I
guess other areas had limited propagation and so couldn't justify much effort
there.
