Big THANKS to W4EEY for all the work he did to make this a totally fun weekend.
It was our first Rover activity. Only 2 grids activated, EM84 on Saturday and
EM85 on Sunday. Sunday didn´t had the nice wide sporadic E opening but still
made some QSOs at 6020ft asl. Saturday was awesome, hard to find a clear
frequency in SSB at times. There was even 2m sporadic E but we were not in it
:-(
Hope to hear you again next time.
FT991a with 100W into a 2 element 6m yagi and 50W into a 6 element 2m yagi
mounted on the back of the truck.
