Comments:
Good openings on 6 meters at times, made for some hard choices regarding which
mode to operate at any given time. FT4 was a lot of fun, keeps you engaged more
than FT8 deciding quickly what to do next.
Over the course of the contest, I decoded 7,268 FT4, FT8, and MSK144 messages
using WSJT-X (only have one radio). They originated from 393 different stations
and 146 different grids.
The results:
SSB/CW/FM: 7.0 hours 216 QSOs
FT4/FT8/MSK144 8.5 hours 114 QSOs
Admittedly, I tried to spend the best E-skip hours on SSB/CW.
Overall, a good contest. Nothing broke, worked 3 new grids, and worked a lot of
rovers - thanks to you guys and gals for getting out there and activating the
grids!
