Comments:
Glad that at least some stations stuck it out despite the noisy conditions. Had
some good runs on 20 and 40. Couldn't hear much at all on 80 until late in the
game, and 160 was almost a total bust. All in all, I found the quality of
operators to be excellent. One thing I would encourage is the use of standard
ITU phonetics. Non-standard phonetics make it just that much tougher to pull
call signs and exchanges out of the noise. Congrats to NN3W for the big score.
I'm sure W9RE will be right up there, too.
