Comments:
With a surprise opening on 15 to w8-w9, and a wonderful start on 20, then 40, I
had 25 contacts after 9 minutes. Was thinking of a "6" as the
possibility of a leading digit. Then reality set in with very poor going on 80
and 160, where I seemed to win the "jump ball loser" award.
Thanks to a rare five-bander with K9BGL, who has THE signal on 160 meters.
Waytogo Karl. Also thanks to a four bagger with W8WTS and three with W9RE. But
it got really, really hard on 80 and 160.
Had a five Q lead on KZ5D when we has our only (!)QSO, so he probably came and
got me on the two low bands.
Five minute segments: 13,12, 7, 7, 7, and 5.
Thanks to all for another exciting evening with great ops.
73, Jim N3BB
