Comments:
Poor propagation and low turnout. 15 Mtrs was open, but very few stations were
there. Ended up moving multipliers from 20 down to 15. Only heard 2 statins on
80 and was unable to contact them. I have enjoyed this contest for many years,
and hope participation will pick back up. I encourage JARL to sponsor this
