Comments:
I did point my 2 element Quad towards Europe. (NE).
20 meters was much more active than 40 meters but my propagation was confusing.
Pointing SW or South hooked more Qs than West or NW. I got two calls from
Cuban CWops.
That was a first for me and the quad was point SSW.
Many of my West coast Qs called me when the quad was pointing NE or ESE.
Overall, I did far more S&P than I expected to do given the 18wpm I was
sending but I just didn't get many calls while running a frequency.
Twice a CWA started calling CQ on my Run frequency.
For me it was a disappointing two CWT QRS sessions today. But a bad CWT was
still fun.
As they say, "stuff happens".
