Comments:
Started test on 80 meters for first time in 55 yrs. Good short and long path to
Asia before dawn on Sunday morning (40m). Happy with 20 meter results using a
ground mounted 20m four square outside my window...
Very dissatisfied with Elecraft KPA1500 amp. Antenna tuner slices cause constant
relay selection when hopping around band with N1MM. Amp constantly cuts first
character off my call. I felt like a rookie op constantly having to send my
call twice every transmission. Working with Elecraft. Anyone else having this
problem?
K-Line N1MM 17 verticals (4x four squares) single 80m vertical SAL-20 rx. No
beam no tower no rotator.
