Band conditions here were much better than I thought they would be. Saturday
brought good openings on 20 and 15; and, 10 meters even showed it wasn’t
totally dead. 160, 80 and 40 were in good shape both evenings, with opening to
a large part of the world. Good conditions continued on 20 and 15 on Sunday, but
10 meters had pretty much played out. I would like to have spent more time
during the late evening on 160, 80 and 40, but age is catching up and I can’t
seem to do it anymore! I know I missed some good multipliers!
All in all, it was a good time, particularly given the bottom of the present
cycle. Hopefully, it will only get better from here!
