Comments:
I hired an Air BnB on Madeira and intended to do a single band entry on 20m with
a K3 + Expert 1.3K + wire antennas. High local noise scuppered my plans and I
swicthed to 15m. Had great fun - I only used an elevated wire ground plane
antenna so was pleased with the results in the end.
It was nice to meet with the CR3DX team the day after the contest and see a
proper contest station!
