Comments:
To try something new in this year's CQWW-CW and to have as much fun as possible
in this solar minimum I opted for single band/40m LP. Operating field-day style
in the meadows and using a delta loop antenna the band was so quiet that it
sounded like 20 m. Sunday night you could work all continents within a few
minutes. One of the biggest thrills was working my fellow Uli, DM5EE/ZR2A,
signing V55A as a double multi 2 hours before the contest closed. Thanks for the
world-wide activity making this again a fun contest weekend!
