Murphy made a visit to me Saturday night. Using my 40 year old Alpha 78 with a
pair of 3CX800A's ( only 2200 volts from the power supply) I believe one of my
tubes died since I was only getting about 600w output....$$$$$. That took all
the steam out of me. Packed it in around 11PM
