Comments:
40 meters seemed to have a heavy 'curtain' draped over it. Most signals were
attenuated quite a bit from normal. In fact, it was almost easier, in S&P,
to work the very weak stations (with no pileups) than the few who were S9 or
better. CQ'ing wasn't all that productive either.
OTOH, it was nice to work some new calls on this holiday morning. Happy new
year to all, may there be many CW QSOs in your future, and, to steal a quote
another CWO member, CW exuberently in 2020!
