Comments:
As I do not have a band scoop I decided to run with the cluster to help find
open frequencies. It worked OK on 40 and 80 but as expected, on 20 I could not
hear the local guys. Had a few occasions where I unknowingly jumped on a used
frequency or was jumped on. It happens! Other than that I probably used it to
locate about 5 or 6 mults. Actually did not have time for much SP as the rates
were so good. I had several short bursts on both 40 and 80 that exceeded 350 and
my best hour was 196. Not bad for a guy that does not like SSB.
My original goal was to hang in there to make 500 Qs for the club score. That
came so fast I extended to goal to 1000.
Thanks for the Qs and the fantastic runs!
