Comments:
This was a total disaster. Three problem areas, Antenna, Audio and MACRO.
Finally got things sorted out Saturday evening. My antenna cut for CW and it
just was not happy on SSB forcing low power, but it would work low in the band.
Unfortunately most of what I could hear was above 1.900 MHz. So I didn't work
many stations. After all the hassles my nerves were totally shot and I resigned
from the contest.
I lost 5 or 6 Qs from first effort late Saturday afternoon, my friend KC4D among
them. Sincere apologies -- when Mr. Murphy visits nobody wins!
