Icom IC-7300,Heil Pro Micro Headset on VOX,Vectronics HFT-1500 Manual Antenna
Tuner for 15 and 80 meters only, and a ZS6BKW (modified G5RV) up 50 feet,running
N-S from 6,053 feet elevation in Laramie County,from Grid Square DN-71.I made
166 contacts with 54 DX entities outside of the continental U.S. during 16.5
hours of operating time, using a home made wire antenna and 100 watts output. My
signal traveled a total (non-US) distance of 700,159 miles, with a average
distance of 4,322 to each DX location.Hawaii,Puerto Rico,Alaska, were worked, as
well as:
