Comments:
Still recovering from 2 weeks in bed. Really tired, but I can move around with
a walker. Just scanned the bands on occasion, but did accidentally have a short
run on 20 on Saturday. Busy weekend. Made it to the Boy Scout pancake breakfast
- first time out in weeks except for the doctor and hospital. Sister from VT
visited. She broke her arm jogging the next day, but still came to the party.
19 family members came over for my birthday Sunday dinner, including my 94 &
95 year old parents. Got a wheel chair and cane for presents. My wife is
exhausted from taking bringing me meals for weeks and preparing for the get
together. So I was not on as much as I might have been. Of course, the SteppIR
did not work on 40.
