Just for fun; no rhyme nor reason to vy long & frequent breaks other than to
spend time with family seeing as how we're all cooped up here like most everyone
else in the world. Thought ham radio was much less important this weekend so I
had done about 1/3 effort, but woke up early and S&P'd for 50 more Q's in
1.5hrs, making it closer to a 1/2 effort in the end.
Without big antennas it's hard to work the EU's (and faraway Russians) off the
back as they are mostly all aimed at Russia for the first part of the contest,
and then as each band closes to Russia, they aim this way. It is what it is.
Heard some big #'s from a few in my corner of NA
Condx on low bands MEH, and 10 & 15m was NOT the place to be either.
Fav 15m Q-->5Z4/G3AB on a dead band. 2nd radio just happened to be near his
freq....wow!
R2OA big signal.
UP2L good ears. Same as 4L8A - good rx....nice to catch UA9MA just as 20m
opened here not long after sunrise.
20 was all money, baby.
73 es CU (all of a sudden) in the next one.
