That was a fun change of pace and a nice end to a great radio day! Worked FL on
2m Es earlier in the afternoon which was a big thrill and a huge surprise for
mid-April.
I built upon last year's HT rove and brought out the 736(barefoot) along with a
couple small antennas. Lit up the local four grids here EN51/52/61/62. Used a
5/8 wave mag mount when in motion and moxon when parked. 7 unique grids worked
with best DX to AC0RA/R at his EN32 spot to EN61ax.
