This is the first time that I've felt like I wasn't drowning in a RTTY contest.
I've been reluctant to stress my rig by running it barefoot in digital modes,
but this time I had an amp to take the load off the K3. My ouptut was 100W, but
the amp was doing all the lifting. I'm antenna-challenged: my only real antenna
is a 20m dipole, but it did well enough and gave me a reason to go to sleep
overnight at the band crumped.
I just got this callsign two days ago, so I was glad to put it to immediate use.
I hope you see it again some time soon.
