Comments:
Couldn't hear IN most of the day, however decided in the early afternoon to
check 80 where I came across loud IN stations. 40 improved slightly into sunset
and I could work a handful there.
Normally a group of us would go with K9NR to operate portable from INPER but
this year that was not in the cards.
