Comments:
This was a first. I worked from what has been my vacation home on Lake Pomme de
Terre in Wheatland, MO for the first time. Stretched an 80 meter dipole for the
barefoot Kenwood TS590SG. First 20 minutes I made 3 or 4 QSOs and then the band
quieted a bit. Antenna up about 14 ft at center Down to about 7 ft at ends. Hope
to add 40 meter dipole. Am in the process of relocating to Kansas City area
permanently in next few weeks. QRN much higher here but still lots of fun.
