As pretty usual, thanks for the QSO, Dave, N3CKI, and welcome and thanks for the
QSO, Roger, N8TCP--come back often and tell your friends.
Also, with the near-miss passage of Laura, I'm happy to be here today, although
my friends to the east in TX and LA didn't fare so well--but reports sound like
it was not as bad as was feared for them initially. Laura passed within 90 miles
to the east of me and only brought clouds and gusty breezes in the early
evening. By 0400z, it was just about dead calm outside and still no rain.
