Comments:
Had a surprise discovery after the earlier session. The C31XR rotated by an
Orion rotator was all uncalibrated. The rotor would not CAL as in the
instructions. I began taking connectors apart looking for broken solder joints,
etc. I never found anything wrong but with no warning the Orion CALed and I was
finally ready for the last session.
I've never done the Open and had a good time. Conditions and the number of
stations were a little disappointing in the last session, but things picked up
toward the end.
