Comments:
Boy did I goof up. Somehow I had 24 of 36 hours stuck in my head so tried very
hard to get those 12 hours off time, hi. As it turns out I had enough off time
when I got up Sunday morning. I shut down at 1am local and started operating
again at almost 9:30am so I had more than enough off time. So I could have
easily beaten my last year's score of 161K and 974 Q's. Missed NT for a sweep.
I think I saw a spot for it early Saturday shortly after the start but heard it
was not real easy to work. But even though I took 4 extra hours off it sure was
nice fighting the great wx trying to come up with more off time than I needed.
I will certainly not make that mistake again next year and look forward to 1000
Q's.
