Comments:
100% CQ this morning and 98% paddle keying and overall rate at just over 1 QSO
per minute. At 1255z I discovered I had no KB keying. Reset plugs, reset N1MM,
nothing. So started CQs and exchanges from the K3S onboard memories. But, found
it was just easier to paddle the CQ's, as well as the exchanges and TU's. AND it
was actually fun. But, don't think I could do it for an hour at 33 wpm. Had a
couple of callers give me another contest exchange (not SS, tho) even though
they were members. Must not have yet adjusted to the earlier hour. BTDT.
Highlight of the session was a 339 AH6KO calling me--many thanks, Paul, for the
reassurance I was getting out. Of course, that's not to say that all my QSO's
this morning weren't highlights, too. They were. Did I wiggle out of that okay?
See y'all at 19z.
