Thanks a lot for the Qs. This was a lot of fun. It was my first QRP venture in a
contest. Band conditions seemed super. Very little background static.
I was using a Begali paddle, a Yaesu FT-818, the Elecraft “Power Pack” (the
KPA500 plus the KAT500) and a 130-foot end-fed wire antenna (from
MyAntennas.com) held 50 feet up at the high point a liquidamber tree.
