Comments:
Not quite a DX contest, since 75% of the contacts were done with EU stations. On
the other hand, the non-EU operators (170 unique calls) were kind enough to
accept RX/TX QTC request, so I ended with a decent number of 1150 QTC, leading
to conclusion that 68% of the DX stations responded positively to QTC idea.
