Comments:

Ran QRP, just ONE HALF WATT to a 20 foot end-fed
piece of wire, thrown into a tree out my window.
Operated with NO computer! I just used the IC-705
built-in RTTY decoding and Message Memorys for
contest macros, and I ONLY operated with no PC or
software at all, JUST the rig. That worked quite well,
so I suppose if the SOTA summit climbers want to
operate RTTY up on a mountain peak activation, this
rig will easily allow that with no computer required!
For serious contesting, obviously, this is not the way
to go, but it was a great opportunity to give it a test,
and for activations and perhaps even some portable
contesting, it gets the job done. It's well implemented!
No EU QSOs, not a lot of DX, but lots of fun with 1/2W.
Thanks to all for your patience and the QSOs.
Scoring on this contest mystifys me. I used best guesses.
GO ARIZONA OUTLAWS! 73, John N6HI
