Comments:
I worked the contest remotely on Saturday, which is cumbersome with my
setup. For one, I don't have PTT when I'm in the logging program
(WRITELOG), I have to be in TRX-Manager for that. So you can't talk
while you are entering a callsign. I'm sure there is away around this,
but I favor CW where it all works fine. I drove up to the station on
Sunday so I could enjoy some direct knob turning and could run stations.
My goal was to focus on a sweep, this was the first time I entered as
Unlimited in as long as I can remember. It was fun chasing packet spots and
finding mults that way; but still missed 2, NL and MAR.
It was great to have 15 meters open. Thanks to everyone for the QSOs.
