Comments:

>From a small pistol station. This was the best contest I participated so far.
Propagation was decent, CW makes it fast and lots of activity.
Now the bad news... my QTH is so noisy that at night I had S7 on my vertical and
S9+20 randomly on the receiving Wellbrook loop from my other neighbor. During
the day is a decent S5.
Station small: AV680, IC7300 and KPA500.
I used everything I learned from my Masters: NA6O, N6WM, N6RO. This knowledge
allowed me to win some epic pile-ups. Yes! With a sling shot station. Lots of
BIC to compensate the modest shack. My new helical vertical 160m gave me a few
Canadians. 80m is terrible as I have only 10KHz bandwidth (constant tuning). So
I went to watch a movie with the family at night.
Hope one day to run this contest from a real station (no noise and antenna
directivity).
