Really enjoyed this event. Last time I operated this contest
was in 2014. In that one, I operated about 9 hours (vs 5+ this time),
made 438 Qs and 68 Sections\DX for 60,588. Then, I was
using a 52ft top loaded Tee 160 Vertical.
While my low (40+ ft) 160 OCFD works great east of the Mississipi,
west coast stations are some times a struggle. I hear those stations
very well with my K9AY RX loops, but they don't copy me as
well. Gotta get a 160 inverted L up. I have real estate for a few
elevated radials so I am going to give it try soon.
I do not recall working any SFCG members.
