Comments:
Friday night was HOT! 10 meters was wide open past 12 midnight local time to
selected regions of the U.S.. I made over 300+ Qs in short order.
Kept WA7LNW Reverse Beacon Network, CW Skimmer focused on 28 Mhz throughout the
weekend to aid everyone in determining band openings and signal coverage.
Enjoyed watching the skimmer screen busy one minute and blank the next. Like
someone was turning on and off the propagation switch.
HF Remote, K3, KPA-500, HEX beam @ 65 ft. Station is located at the Collins
Aerospace, supersonic sled test facility on top of Hurricane Mesa in Utah at
5,300 ft. elevation.
