Comments:
Bands must have been pretty lousy from the West Coast--or so I'd like to
convince myself. Had the amazing opportunity to operate from super-station K7RL
(with 4-over-4 on 40 and 2-element beam on 8). Still, I only managed 53 Qs and
had to resort to S&P during the last 15 minutes on 80 to keep any sort of
rate going.
Thanks to Mitch, K7RL for handing me the reigns for an hour.
Running an ICOM IC-7300 with 100W into a roof-mounted vertical.
