Comments:
Somewhat of a disappointment. Band was good, and effort would have been even
better if the time of the contest had been the same as last year. Shifting the
contest time from 2000-2359 to 1800-2159 greatly impacts scores from USA; there
is no propagation until after 2000z. Best DX was R8TT- seems like we always
seem to get together on the low bands! Thanks to Greg W1KM for the use of his
station.
