Comments:

Had to go low power since I was using the other computer to upload files to LOTW
and the wired keyboard picks up RF.

Acted like high power and called CQ. Had a pretty good run at times. Activity
seemed down. Started on 40 then moved to 80 at 0343Z when the rate and activity
really dropped.

This puts me at 49,758 contacts for the year, so will have to get on the Stew
Perry contest this weekend and make 242 contacts.

Our Christmas gatherings were small and short. The two neighboring sons brought
their families to the sunporch for separate gift giving sessions Masks and
distancing and a space heater were different this year. We visited our other son
and stayed in the garage out of the howling wind. Again, masks and distancing.

Today was Mom's 95th birthday. Dad was 96 in September. My XYL and I along
with our three sons and their families - grandsons, daughters in law, 7 great
grandkids had a small flash mob at the retirement facility. Everyone stayed
outside the picture window by the entrance, waved, threw kisses, and held up
posters. We brought Chinese food for them so they could have a change in pace
from their normal food. It was much appreciated.
