First RTTY Contest for me maybe ever and what great fun. Hats of to Dave K2XR
for getting a few of us FRC RTTY Noobs ready to go, many hours of preparation
and testing to ensure an almost flawless operation, Thanks XR!
I was amazed by the light switch of RTTY activity that popped on at 18Z on
Saturday 1/2/21, I was a little worried about activity levels keeping it
interesting and that was NEVER an issue.
Had some great runs and 15M pointing west around 20z was amazing from the EC and
I had a seemingly bottomless # of callers for a couple of hours .. Fun Stuff.
Looking forward to more RTTY contests in '21
