Comments:
Before CWT began I checked 15M and has very good RBN reports but nothing heard
during test. Almost all was S&P. A little run on 20 then 1 minute without
a call. 40 was good and ... packed!! Tried to run way up in the band but only
4 takers then back to S&P.
